Sometimes it might be necessary to adjust a start- or end time because someone didn't clock in or out on time.
You can easily adjust the time entry working time in the following way.
Choose in the menu for Schedule - Time Entry overview.
Choose on the edit icon on the left of the working time you want to adjust.
Correct the data and enter a remark on why it was necessary to make the adjustment.
Click on 'update'.
TIP: An adjusted worktime will be indicated with an exclamation mark (!). Click on this icon to see the details of the adjustment.
Attention: it is not possible to delete a time entry working time: when you want to delete this during your testing period, please contact our Chat with Support.
