How can I activate Dimona declarations in Strobbo?

Strobbo offers the opportunity to have Dimona's for your scheduled staff and send them directly with one click to Social Security.

And we don't only send the declarations. We can also send updates and annulations via Strobbo. For this, you have to give Strobbo permission to file Dimona declarations for your company.

This can be done on the Social Security website.

Do you want to give Strobbo access to send Dimona declarations for you.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Via the following link https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rtw9zve7dzu6q7g/AAAXcAxnU9YdBK3wFgXENi3ta?dl=0 you have to download 2 documents of Strobbo and save it on your computer.

    1. "publickey"

    2. "STRDMN.cer"

2. Please log on to the following website:

3. Click on “Zich aanmelden” at the top right.

4. Click on the red button “Zich aanmelden”.

5. Select the way you want to log in to the system. You have several options like your eID, itsme, via a security code in your email, or a token.

6. Once you are logged in, you need to click on the blue button "Toegangsbeheer" at the bottom on the right side.

7. Click on "Werkgever RSZ – Lokale Beheerder"

Do you get this error message? Continue with this helpdesk article.

If you don't get the error message, you can continue below.

8. Click on "Gestructureerde berichten".

9. Click on "De configuratiegegevens opslaan".

Click on "Volgende".

10. Fill in your details.

11. Enter the 2 files from Strobbo you've downloaded in step 1:

Enter "publickey" in the first field.

Enter "STRDMN.cer" in the second field.

12. Check "Dimona V2".

13. Choose your Dimona username (you are free to choose).

Attention: choose a name related to your business or company name without spaces or special characters!

14. Click on "Bevestigen".

15. You will then be taken to the final screen below:

Take a screenshot of this* and email it along with your business' VAT number to hello@strobbo.com or directly to your contact if you are still in the start-up process.

It is important that your screenshot includes the following information:

Your social security number (1) and the identification of the technical user (2):

Attention!

If you still see the confirm button at the bottom right, you don't have the right page yet!

Click on it first and only then take the screenshot!

16. Now you still need to connect to Dimona's web service.

Click on "Toevoegen" at the WBS channel (= the green plus sign).

17. Click on "Volgende".

18. Attach again the certificate you've downloaded before.

The file you need here is called "STRDMN.cer".

19. Click on “Bevestigen”.

20. Provide us the print screen/image* of the ClientID OAUTH. This can be found under the "Web service" tab. We need this data to complete the setup. Please send the print screen to the following e-mail address: hello@strobbo.com.
