In addition to processing payroll data, employees can now be synchronized directly from Strobbo to SD Worx. This means you no longer need to manually create or correct employees in SD Worx – everything happens automatically!

We synchronize the following data with SD Worx:

🔹 Personal data: first name, last name, email, national registry number, mobile phone, telephone.
🔹 Family: marital status, partner’s name and date of birth, partner’s salary scale, partner disabled (yes/no), number of children (disabled/non-disabled), number of other household members (disabled/non-disabled).
🔹 Information: date of birth, place of birth, country of birth, gender, IBAN, BIC, highest obtained diploma, nationality.
🔹 Address: street + house number, postal code, city, country.
🔹 General: language.


You can recognize the fields because they are marked with the SD Worx logo.

Attention: Only the modified fields of active employees are synced; unchanged fields are excluded for optimization reasons.


Manually Sync Employees

If you need to make a change or add a new person during the day and urgently require this information in SD Worx, you can send the data directly through the user's profile.
Click on the 'More actions' button and select 'Sync with SD Worx.' This button only sends the modified fields since the previous sync.

Full Force Sync Employees

You can use the 'Force Full Sync' button to synchronize all SD Worx fields again. Via this button we don't check whether the data has already been sent. Use this option if there is an issue with an SD Worx employee profile and you need to resend all Strobbo data.


Usergroups

Attention!
If you're working with user groups, please note that the following employees will be synced with SD Worx.

· Employees with no user group

· Employees with a user group that has Payroll type: SD_WORX

The setup can be found via Settings - Usergroups.

Notifications/emails

If you want to receive emails about errors that occur during synchronization, you can set up your email via "Management - Settings - Notifications."

Errors

On the Strobbo homepage, you can also view when errors occur during synchronization. By clicking on the bar, you will get an overview of the employees for whom synchronization has failed. The data changes for these employees have not been sent to SD Worx.

When you click on the employee, you will see a detailed error message at the top, so you know what needs to be changed.

FAQ

  • Data filled in SD Worx but not in Strobbo will not be automatically overwritten. We only overwrite the data when it is updated in Strobbo itself. This can be done by you as an admin, or your employees can update it via the app.

  • "The name cannot be changed" means that the official name in Strobbo must be used. You can call an employee Koentje, but if it's not the official name, we will not sync the data for Koen until the name is updated to Koen.

  • "Partner details do not match marital status" means that the marital status does not align with the information entered in the partner fields. If you are unmarried, the following fields must remain empty:
    • Partner's name
    • Partner's date of birth
    • Partner's salary scale
