Adding Extra Availability for multiple employees in Strobbo

Do you want to set extra availability for multiple employees at once in Strobbo? Follow these steps:

1️⃣ Go to the correct menu

  • Navigate to PlanningAbsences & Availabilities

2️⃣ Start adding availability

  • Click on the green "Add" button

  • Then select "Availability"

3️⃣ Select the number of employees

  • You now have the option to add availability for:
    🔹 A single employee
    🔹 Multiple employees → Select this option

4️⃣ Choose the days and hours

  • Select the day(s) for which you want to add availability

  • Set the exact hours

5️⃣ Select the employees

  • Click "Next"

  • Select the employees you want to assign availability to

  • Optional: use filters to quickly find the right employees (e.g., by status)

6️⃣ Confirm and add

  • Click "Next" again to see an overview

  • Review the details and click "Add"

✅ The extra availability has now been added!
