Instead of adding holidays manually in Strobbo, it’s possible to import them all at once per country.

To import legal holidays, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to “Schedule” via the menu.

  • Select “Absences & Availabilities”.

  • Click the green “Add” button in the top-right corner and choose “Import Legal Holidays”.

A pop-up window will appear. Here, you need to drag and drop an ICS file*.

* Download and use the file (Belguim2025and2026.ics) if you want to upload the 10 legal holidays for Belgium (2025 and 2026)

* You can also obtain a file with more holidays, including from other countries, via the website www.officeholidays.com

Once you’ve dropped the file into the designated dotted area, click the green “Upload” button.

The file will be uploaded in the background, but the legal holidays have not yet been created. In the next screen, select the years and holidays you want to add to the Strobbo calendar, then click “Import”.

You’ll see a confirmation screen showing the number of holidays imported. You can close this screen.

And voilà, the legal holidays are now visible in the calendar view of the “Absences & Availabilities” page, marked with a black bar.

FAQ

What happens if I import the same file or holiday twice?
We overwrite the existing legal holiday if it occurs on the same day.

What happens if I manually add holidays?
If they are on the same day, they will be overwritten. If they are on different days, they will not be removed.
