At the bottom of the app, you’ll see the “clock” icon, which takes you to the worktimes.
On this page, you can view all your worktimes. You can easily scroll through the weeks in the overview, and the week number will always be shown at the top.
Days with scheduled worktimes can be recognized by the dot under the respective day.
You will also get an overview with more details on this page.
The system uses four colors throughout:
Green: an accepted worktime
Red: a rejected worktime
Blue: an unanswered (personal) worktime
Purple: an unanswered open worktime
For each work time, you’ll see:
The date, e.g., Tuesday 17/09
The worktimes, e.g., 06:00-14:00
The workspace, e.g., Lommel
The workarea, e.g., Strobbo
If you click on “Today,” you’ll automatically return to the current day.
If you click on the arrow at the end of the work time, you’ll be taken to more details about the specific work time.
Here, you can also accept or decline an unanswered personal or open work time.
An example of an not accepted personal work time:
You will see all the details again:
The day and date, e.g., Wednesday, October 9, 2024
The worktimes, e.g., 18:00 - 20:00
The break, e.g., 00:00
The workspace, e.g., Westmalle
The work area, e.g., IT
In this example you can accept the worktime with the green button "accept" or reject the worktime with the button "reject"
