The Strobbo app has had a makeover, and in this guide, you will find more information about the app's homepage*.

*The page you see after logging in.

On the homepage, you will find an overview of:

  • Workdays per week: a dot under a day indicates that something is scheduled for that day.
Example: On Thursday, 17/10, there is an accepted work time.

  • You can also see below which workspace and workarea you are scheduled in, as well as your worktimes.
Example: You are scheduled at the "Antwerp" workspace in the "Bar Antwerp" work area from 08:00 to 12:00.

  • You will see "how many unanswered work hours" are still available. You will get an overview of both the number of unanswered personal worktimes and unanswered open worktimes.
Example: In the screenshot below, there are 2 personal worktimes that you still need to respond to, and you are also eligible to respond to 2 open worktimes.

  • The time entry overview for the week: here you can see how many hours you are scheduled, how many hours you have worked, whether you have accrued any overtime, and whether you have planned absences.
Example: You are scheduled for 15:30 hours, you have worked 4 hours, with 0 overtime and 0 absence hours.

  • You will also see the latest "news post" in your overview.

  • Do you want to know if you have any notifications? You can see this by the bell icon in the top right corner; the green dot indicates a notification.

At the bottom, you can easily navigate through the app. You can:

  • Click on the house icon to go to the homepage.

  • Click on the clock icon for "worktimes" to go to your worktimes.

  • Submit "availabilities" by clicking on the calendar icon.

  • Request leave via the "sun" icon.

  • Click on "more" to open the side menu of the application.
Here you can also navigate and find extra options like messages and any addenda.
